The Centre for the Advancement of STEM Teaching and Learning (CASTeL) invites researchers, teachers, policymakers, students, industry representatives and interested others to the Science and Maths Education Conference (SMEC) 2024. We invite you to share, debate, discuss and reflect upon ideas under the conference theme ‘Beyond Boundaries – Future-proofing Science and Maths Education’. The SMEC Conference will take place in Dublin City University on St. Patrick’s Campus on 13th and 14th of June, 2024.
We look forward to your contributions at the SMEC Conference in June 2024 at Dublin City University on St. Patrick’s Campus. All abstracts should be submitted via our online conference and event management system which will open on January 1st, 2024. The abstract submission system will close at 12:00 pm on Monday 19th February 2024. Abstracts must be a maximum of 300 words in length and should refer to the background or context of the study, research aims/objectives, research methods, sources of data and key findings.
