Dr. Eilish McLoughlin, Director CASTeL at Dublin City University was invited by President Michael D Higgins to attend a reception in Áras an Uachtaráin on Friday 17 March, 2017. The President and Sabina Higgins hosted this reception to celebrate the achievements and contributions of individuals and organisations from across Ireland in the promotion of the disciplines of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
