Physics Busking, is a national initiative to promote the awareness and engagement of the Irish public with science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM). Our “busking performances” involve interactive experiments and demonstrations selected for maximum engagement, excitement and education. Using everyday household items, our team of voluntary Physics Buskers (experienced science teachers to entrepreneurial researchers) explain a variety of physics concepts so as to create ways to engage the public and share their passion and enthusiasm for science.
