Success at the International Junior Science Olympiads

The Irish team at IJSO 2016 brought  home two bronze medals at the competition which took place in Bali, Indonesia from the 2nd – 11th December 2016. These were awarded to Zuzana Szczepanek from Dunshaughlin Community College and Liam Óg Delaney from Colaiste Choilm Tullamore.

The 2016 team included:

IJSO is coordinated by Dr. Odilla Finlayson, CASTeL and training is provided by staff at the Schools of Physical Sciences, Chemical Sciences and Biotechnology at DCU. This project is supported by funding received from the Department of Education and Skills.
